We have developed a red velvet cupcake just in time for Valentine’s Day. We have been trying for months to come up with a red velvet recipe that didn’t have all of the usual food coloring. Unfortunately, we are still working on it, BUT we decided to offer a traditional one in the meantime. Stay tuned.

Night before last we had a smidgen of time, so we tried putting together a lot of new combinations of cupcakes and icing. For example, we tried the strawberry cupcake with vanilla icing and the vanilla cupcake with strawberry icing. We were giving out free samples and I think we have a hit! We are going to be putting these combinations together somewhat regularly now so ask for them. Also, if you have something you would like us to try, just let us know. Thanks.

You need to try our newest cake. We alternate layers of chocolate and vanilla cake with layers of vanilla and chocolate icing. Really good for when you can’t make up your mind.
